Airvistara Group Booking Policy & Booking Rules

We provide group booking for any number of passenger where in FareHawker & Airvistara group booking policy may differ. Every airline follow different terms and conditions for group fares & ticketing. Airvistara Group Booking Terms And Conditions

  • Minimum of 10 passengers required  for Airvistara Group booking who are travelling on the same date, same flight and same sector in a single Booking PNR.

  • Fares and seats are subject to availability and it will be served on first come first serve basis only.

  • All offered Fares on email are Net payable amounts to FareHawker for booking Group on Airvistara.

  • Apart from e-ticket copy FareHawker will send you invoice copy separately.

  • All fares are valid with 30 KG baggage allowance.

  • Group passengers need to report at airlines counter at least 180 minutes prior to departure time of flight to have smooth check-in process.

  • Round trip bookings/ PNRs cannot be split into two one-way bookings/PNRs.

  • In case of duplicate queries on the same flight on the same date, only one group will be acceptable in the given flight.

  • Final rights are reserved with Airvistara Airlines authorities only to cancel the booking if the payment/naming terms are not meeting with given guideline.

  • Airvistara is not bound to process a full refund in case of an uncontrollable delay.

  • Lead passenger primary contact, group leader name & local contact details are mandatory for ticket issuance.

  • If a GST invoice is required, GST details must be shared while sharing the name list.

  • Passengers must carry their valid travel documents. In case of any refused entry/boarding due to incorrect documents, Airvistara will not be responsible.

  • The latest currency conversion rate as per GDS will be applied in all cases.

  • In case of any dispute, the most restrictive condition will apply.

  • Taxes are subject to change at the time of ticketing.

  • Group Materialization must be at-least 80%.

  • Neither FareHawker nor Airvistara does not provide any FOC tickets with group bookings.

  • Child Discount is not applicable on group fare.

  • Validity of group ticket is maximum for 3 Months from the outbound departure date.

  • Advance seating in group is not allowed however airline will do the utmost best to assign seats in the same zone.

  • Online/Web check in is not allowed for group booking.

Airvistara Group Booking Payment Terms

  • 100 % payment required within 24 hours of confirmation if travel is within 30 days.
  • 50% payment (Non-Refundable) within 24 hours of group confirmation. Balance Payment to be made 30 days prior to departure.

Airvistara Group Booking Name List Terms

  • All names to be submitted latest 10 Days prior to departure for group size less than or equal to 25 pax
  • All names to be submitted latest 15 Days prior to departure for group size greater than 25 pax
  • Exceptions will not be allowed and seats will be released if names are not submitted as per the above timelines.
  • As per air vistara group booking policy name change (allowed maximum 10% of the group size) post ticketing will be charged at INR 5000/- per person per sector. No Name Changes allowed less than 10 days prior to departure.
  • Name change penalty will apply after name submission.
  • Tour Leader Name and local contact details are mandatory in order to issue tickets. It is also advisable to provide an alternate contact number in case the tour leader is not reachable.
  • It is advised to provide the meal preference along with the name list.
